Rental Application Instructions

Completely fill out both sides of application and sign the back.
All prospective tenants that are 18 years or older must complete an application.
Attach a copy of your photo ID, (a driver’s license is preferred) to the application.
Attach a copy of your latest paycheck stub or other proof of income.
Attach income documentation for your extra income per month, such as child support, spousal support, and assistance, if any.
To qualify to rent an apartment or house, your total household gross income, before taxes, must be at least 2 ½ times the monthly rent, unless your rent will be paid by another institution or you can prove another way your rent will be paid, such as a large savings.
Your application will be processed within one to two days. If we haven’t contacted you within 48 hours, please contact us.
Where to Submit Applications
The applications may be delivered to our office in Morgan Hill, by fax or email.
When submitting your application(s), please include $25.00 (cash/cashier’s check or money order) for each rental application for the credit, eviction, criminal background check and processing fee.
