We believe in giving our property owners and tenants the best service possible. We work hard to make sure everything will always be in working order. When something does go wrong, we are there to fix it as fast as possible. In most cases a service technician is there within 24 hours and if it’s an emergency, someone is there within minutes.
Our office hours are from, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and all our tenants receive a cell number to reach us 24/7 for urgent problems.
We are also available after office hours and on weekends to accommodate new applicants, tenants and property owners that work full time.
We believe in giving our customers great service. We always answer our phone during office hours with a real person and one that cares. We know your time is valuable so you won’t get a voice mail maze that wastes your time.
If the person you need to talk to isn’t there, they will call you back within 24 hours.
We also have a 24 hour emergency number that is answered by a real person.
